Target Field in Minneapolis
The hot ticket in town right now, is without a doubt, Target Field. Fans have been flocking the Twins outdoor stadium since Opening Day on April 12th. Having indoor baseball for the last twenty-nine years have really made Twins fan marvel in the beauty of Target Field. One of the features of the stadium that has been a success is Target Plaza. The Target Plaza is located right behind the right field gate with the Minneapolis skyline tucked behind it. It's an open part of the stadium that is a great area for fans to enter the stadium, observe the Twins monuments, and watch the game.

The Plaza boasts Kirby Puckett, Rod Carew, and Harmon Killebrew statues, honoring the three Hall of Fame Twin hitters. Next to the opening gate is a Golden Glove statue that you can sit in and take a picture, honoring all of the Minnesota Twins Golden Glove Award winners. Walking from downtown Minneapolis into the stadium allows the fans to observe "Tradition Wall", which honors season-by-season rosters. The Twins have announced they plan on expanding Tradition Wall, where fans and families can have their names sketched into the glass panels. Overall, Target Plaza offers a connection to Twins history and their fans. Walking into the stadium observing statues of the Twins legends reminds the fans of the great players the organization have had. It adds to the great experience and atmosphere of Target Field.
