Beloved Minnesota Twins pitcher Joe Nathan, who was a free agent this year, was signed by the Texas Rangers this week. Nathan signed a two-year deal that includes a team option for 2014. The deal is a $14.75MM guarantee. Nathan will take in $7MM in 2012 and 2013 and the club holds a $9MM option for 2014 with a $750K buyout. With the Rangers, Joe Nathan can earn up to $1MM in incentives based on games finished.Twins fans will dearly miss Joe Nathan on the Twins pitching mound next season.
